Iron capsules are recommended to be taken on an empty stomach, with a full glass of water or fruit juice.

Contraindication : If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication, do not take Palafer CF. This medication is additionally not recommended if you are receiving iron injections, have hemosiderosis or hemochromatosism, or if you have a vitamin E deficiency. Palafer CF should not be administered to children without the advice of a doctor.

Sever Side Effects : Severe Side Effects: chest or throat pain while swallowing, black tarry stools with signs of blood, or abdominal or stomach pain.

Common Side Effects : Common Side Effects: stained teeth, nausea and vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea, dark stools, or constipation.
