Do not get a vaccine when using Anusol Plus Ointment. The ointment will not allow the vaccine to work as it should.

Use the restroom before putting on the medication as it is best to not use the bathroom for at least two to three hours after applying the medication. Make sure to wash your hands before and after applying the ointment. Also, wash the applicator after use.
