WHAT IS ADCIRCA? 

Adcirca (Tadalafil) is a prescription medication that helps with the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). For patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment, the recommended dose is 20 mg, taken orally once daily. 

In case you missed a dose of this medication, take the medication tablet as soon as you remember. However, it is almost time for the next scheduled dose for your condition, skip the missed dose and take the next one. Don’t take a double dose of this medication to make up for the missed dosage.  

In case you are experiencing fainting or trouble breathing, which are possible symptoms of an overdose, call the local emergency hotline and seek medical attention immediately.
