When taking Actigall for gallstone prevention, the recommended dose is 300 mg, taken orally twice daily. 

The Actigall tablet must be administered with food and can be broken in half to acquire the correct dose. The broken tablet may have a bitter taste.  

If you missed a dose, take the medication tablet as soon as you remember, but don’t take a double dose of Actigall to make up for that missed dose. 

In case of overdose or experiencing symptoms of overdose such as fainting or trouble breathing, call the local emergency hotline and seek medical attention immediately.
